Terms and Conditions for Online Coaching Services

1. Introduction:

Thank you for choosing MyoScience Coaching (MSC) for your online coaching needs. By engaging in our coaching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Services:

MSC offers online coaching services as described in the selected coaching package. The services provided may include personalized coaching sessions, resource materials, and other related content.

3. Payment:

Clients agree to pay the specified amount according to the selected coaching package. Payment is due before the commencement of coaching services. MSC reserves the right to modify coaching fees with advance notice.

For monthly coaching plans, clients agree to pay for a minimum of three consecutive months. Payment for each month is due in advance.

Memberships can be frozen on a case-by-case basis. Requests for freezing memberships must be submitted in writing, and approval is at the discretion of MSC. During the frozen period, clients may not have access to coaching services, and billing may be temporarily suspended.

4. Duration:

The coaching services will be provided for the duration agreed upon at the time of purchase. Clients understand that the coaching relationship is time-bound and will conclude at the end of the specified period unless renewed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

Clients may cancel their coaching services, but refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the separate cancellation and refund policy document.

6. Communication:

Clients understand that communication with coaches will primarily occur through email, video calls, or other online platforms. Coaches will make reasonable efforts to respond to client inquiries within a 48-hour business day turnaround time. Clients understand that it is their responsibility to check in with their coach on time. The coach is not obligated to respond to late check ins if it is more than 24 hours late. The clients understand that their coach is not responsible for reminding them to complete their check in. 

7. Confidentiality:

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties or required by law. The client understands that any coach working with MSC may use check in data for social media advertising but that the client information will be kept private and not shared to social media unless the client gives consent to the coach. 

8. Code of Conduct:

Clients agree to engage in coaching sessions with respect and professionalism. Any abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of services without refund. Any harassments or threats towards any of the coaches working for, or with, MSC is subject to filing a report. 

9. Disclaimer:

Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or medical treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for specific issues outside the scope of coaching. Client understands that never under any circumstance should the advice given by any of the coaches working for or with MSC substitute for medical treatment. The client understands that they should still see their doctor and follow medical advice given to them by a provider. It is the clients responsibility to inform the coach of any part of the fitness/nutrition plan that may counteract their medical doctor's advice. 

10. Limitation of Liability:

MSC and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our coaching services.

11. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with local laws.

By purchasing our coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. MSC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and clients will be notified of any changes.
